Vijayawada: The state government will soon announce a welfare calendar to ensure the benefits of the super-six election promise reach everyone.

Announcing this, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu said the Kadapa Mahanadu was a resounding success, thanks to the collective efforts of the district leadership.

He addressed Telugu Desam members via a teleconference on Friday, including MLAs, MPs, senior leaders and village-level representatives.

Naidu said, “We will soon announce a welfare calendar to ensure the benefits reach everyone. We will launch the Thalliki Vandanam and Annadata schemes in June. From August 15, we will provide the promised free RTC bus travel facility for women.”

The Kadapa Mahanadu, he said, was a resounding success. “Congratulations to the successful leaders and my heartfelt thanks to the workers involved.”

“We need to widely promote the concept of the six resolutions introduced in ‘Naa Telugu Kuntumbam’ during the Mahanadu,” he said.

The CM said, “Through the Mahanadu, we explained to the people what we have accomplished in our first year and what we plan to do in the coming days. Leaders should engage more closely with the public to foster ongoing discussions about government initiatives. This is also the reason I participate in the pension distribution programme every month.”

MLAs should also actively engage in services for the poor, Naidu said.
