Andhra Pradesh Secures 3rd Highest Allocation Under VB-GRAM-G

Andhra Pradesh has secured the third-highest allocation in the country, with a proposed interim allocation of ₹7,707.21 crore under VB-GRAM-G, highlighting the state’s commitment to transparent governance and effective implementation.
The allocation is expected to accelerate rural transformation, strengthen village infrastructure, improve livelihoods, and create greater opportunities for farmers, women, youth, and workers across the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership and focus on rural development. He also thanked Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the Ministry of Rural Development for their continued support.
He said the state values the Centre’s transparent and objective approach in allocating resources and assured that the funds will be utilised to create measurable impact at the grassroots level.
Reiterating the government’s vision, he affirmed the commitment to building stronger villages and empowered communities as part of a Viksit Andhra Pradesh within a Viksit Bharat.
