Andhra Pradesh: NTRUHS invites applications for MBBS, BDS admissions
Vijayawada: NTR University of Health Sciences has invited a single online application form and uploading of scanned original certificates for admission into undergraduate medical and dental (MBBS/BDS) courses for seats under the competent authority quota in colleges affiliated with NTRUHS, Vijayawada, and also for MBBS seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati, for the academic year 2024–25.
NTRUHS registrar Vemireddy Radhika Reddy in a statement issued here on Friday announced the schedule for registration of the online application form and uploading of all relevant scanned original certificates for admission into MBBS and BDS courses. Accordingly, students from the OC/BC categories are to pay the fee of `2,950, and those from SC/ST are to pay `2,360 from August 9 to 16, 2024, up to 6 pm.
For the MBBS course, in all government medical colleges under competent authority quota, including All India Quota fee is`15,000 permitted from 2023–24 onwards, the general category, including AIQ-`15,000 and for the self-financing category-`12,00,000 and for the NRI category-`20,00,000.
In Padmavathi Medical College for Women (SVIMS), Tirupati, the competent authority quota includes AIQ-`16,500) and NRI category-`20,00,000. For private, fee of unaided minority and non-minority medical colleges, category A is `16,500, category B (management) is `13,20,000, and category C (NRI) is `39,60,000.
With regard to the BDS course, in all government dental colleges for competent authority quota, including AIQ fee is`9,000, and for private unaided minority and non-minority dental colleges, for category A-`14,300, for category B (management)-`4,40,000, and for category C (NRI)-`13,20,000.
The candidates should register, upload all the mandatory certificates without fail, and verify once again before submission of the online application. The online applications will be rejected automatically if any of the mandatory certificates are not uploaded, applications with incomplete details, photo and signature, if any of the uploaded certificates are invisible and if the certificates are not properly scanned due to which the eligibility criteria cannot be determined.
