Amaravati Will Be Future, to Give Opportunities for All: Naidu

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the citizens, government officials, and stakeholders involved in the successful re-launch of the Amaravati capital development project. The Chief Minister reassured people of his commitment to ensure comprehensive development across all regions of the state.
After the grand success of Amaravati Punah: Prarambham capital works relaunch programme, Naidu took to the social media platform ‘X’ on Saturday and thanked everyone for making Amaravati re-launch a grand success.
Naidu said, “I would like to thank everyone who made the resumption of the capital Amaravati work programme held by Prime Minister @narendramodi a success. I would like to express my gratitude to the people who came from different parts of the state, the capital farmers, the government machinery that organised the programme brilliantly, the officials, ministers, public representatives, the media and social media that took the programme to the people.”
He further said, “With the cooperation of the people, with the support of the Centre and with a clear plan, we will build the capital Amaravati as a future city that will create opportunities for everyone and become a driving force for the state. We will achieve comprehensive development of all areas and we will maintain the trust of the people who support us. I would like to thank everyone by name,” Naidu added.
Interestingly, on the second day of the re-launch programme on Saturday, the Naidu government started efforts to accelerate the construction work of the capital. Municipal Administration and Urban Development minister Ponguru Narayana plunged into action with APCRDA officials, designers and planners on Saturday in the APCRDA office.
Narayana held discussions to finalise the designs of iconic buildings. He met with representatives of Norman Poster, Hafeez Contractors, and L&T companies at the CRDA office. Narayana said that they are working on the final designs of the five iconic towers, the Assembly and the High Court buildings. The minister affirmed that Amaravati construction works have picked up pace and, under the guidance of Naidu, the capital will be completed in the next three years.
Industries minister T.G. Bharath said that Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy missed a golden chance of joining hands in the construction of a world-class Capital. The minister said, “If YSJ had come to the Prime Minister’s meeting, then he would have participated in the construction of Amaravati. He would have had an opportunity to correct the mistakes he made in the past regarding the capital. Now, the tenders for the capital works have already been completed. With the inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the work will start immediately,” Bharath added.
Minister for MSME, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) and NRI Relations & Empowerment, Kondapalli Srinivas thanked the people who made Modi’s visit a success. He said that the start of the reconstruction of Amaravati is a good development.

The Chief Minister said that the entire government machinery worked effectively to organise the meeting. Naidu said, “We restarted the work through the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister’s statement that Amaravati will become a role model for the country is a source of pride for the state.”
Ministers Kolusu Parthasarathy, Satya Kumar Yadav, Nadendla Manohar and Ponguru Narayana expressed their opinion that people from all sections of society have expressed positivity towards the programme of resuming the capital works.
