VISAKHAPATNAM: An Air India Express flight from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada returned to Visakhapatnam airport shortly after take-off on Tuesday following a technical snag.
Airport authorities said Flight IX 1358 safely landed back at the airport as a precautionary measure. All passengers were safe. Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council Opposition leader Botsa Satyanarayana was among those on board. Officials are examining the technical issue that prompted the aircraft's return.
