Visakhapatnam: President of Andhra Pradesh Air Travellers Association O. Naresh Kumar said starting June 13, IndiGo flight 6E 1443 would connect Visakhapatnam to Abu Dhabi, operating four days a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
The flight will arrive in Visakhapatnam at 8:20 am and depart to Abu Dhabi at 9:50 am. This marks a significant boost to air connectivity for Andhra Pradesh, Nareesh Kumar said.
He said a delegation from the Andhra Pradesh Air Travellers Association met Odisha Governor K. Hari Babu Garu at Raj Bhavan, Bhubaneswar, on Tuesday and expressed heartfelt gratitude for facilitating the new IndiGo flight between Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam by coordinating with the Odisha government to secure viability gap funding support.
The flight services to Bhubaneswar will commence operations on June 12. The flight will arrive in Visakhapatnam at 1.55 pm and depart from Visakhapatnam at 2.25 pm.
