PROTESTS: APPSC candidates in various parts of the state staged protests on Saturday night demanding the postponement of the Group-2 Mains examination. They alleged that “the errors in the roster system” needed correction. Responding to this, the state government advised AP PSC to postpone the exam.

However, APPSC clarified that due to the enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct for the MLC elections, it could not take any decision that might benefit graduates. As a result, the commission decided to conduct the examination as per the originally scheduled date on Sunday.
