5 Lakh Devotees Attend Nellore’s Rotte Panduga

Beginning July 6, the event ran smoothly until July 10. From medical camps to round-the-clock sanitation, every department delivered seamless services.

Nellore: The five-day Rottela Panduga held at the historic Bara Shaheed Dargah in Nellore drew over five lakh devotees from across the country.

Beginning July 6, the event ran smoothly until July 10. From medical camps to round-the-clock sanitation, every department delivered seamless services.

The Dargah premises were divided into seven zones, where over 5,000 sanitation workers ran the services in three shifts. Devotees praised the clean surroundings.

Police services also won appreciation. A round-the-clock control room ensured orderly queues and crowd management, while promptly reuniting lost children and elders with their families.

Free meals were served continuously under the supervision of the Wakf Board while medical staff operated in shifts to assist the faithful. Dargah committee chairman Khader Basha coordinated the efforts.
