₹40 Crore Supari In Viveka Murder Case, Says Naidu
Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu alleged that the ultimate beneficiary in the Vivekananda Reddy murder was identified and claimed a ₹40-crore supari was paid.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday alleged that the identity of the ultimate beneficiary in the murder of former minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy had been established and that a `40-crore supari was paid for the killing. Naidu claimed the truth had come out.
The CM also alleged that thousands of crores of rupees had been looted in a liquor scam during the YSRC rule. All fingers were pointing towards the head of the YSRC as the alleged ultimate beneficiary of the scam, he said and demanded an explanation from the party.
The Chief Minister alleged that instead of responding to the allegations with facts, the Opposition was resorting to fake propaganda and spreading misinformation.
He also alleged irregularities in the Group-I services examinations, claiming that answer scripts were allegedly evaluated by attendants and electricians. He accused the previous government of large-scale irregularities in sand operations.
Naidu said his government had ensured transparency in liquor and sand operations and asserted that there was no scope for corruption or favouritism. Referring to the Vivekananda Reddy murder case, the liquor scam and other incidents, he alleged that several cases had been manipulated to protect influential persons.
Naidu also alleged that forced religious conversions were being encouraged and that Hindus were being converted to Christianity. He asked what the previous government had done for Kadapa and the people of Rayalaseema.
