10-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted in Vizag
Assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Dwarka A.N. Murthy said that the accused has been identified as Ganesh, who allegedly lured the victim away while she was plaing and then assaulted her at a separate location.

Visakhapatnam: A 35-year-old man allegedly sexually assaulted a 10-year-old minor girl in Visakhapatnam’s HB colony.
Assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Dwarka A.N. Murthy said that the accused has been identified as Ganesh, who allegedly lured the victim away while she was plaing and then assaulted her at a separate location. The victim's sister and cousin witnessed the incident and immediately alerted their parents. Following the complaint at MVP police station, authorities arrested the accused. The ACP stated that the suspect would be produced before the court for remand.
Man gets life term for murder
The Kurnool district PDJ Court sentenced Kuruva Ravi of Nandikotkur to life imprisonment and a Rs 5,000 fine for murder.
Ravi had borrowed Rs 16 lakh from his friend Kuruva Venkata Ramana but failed to repay it. When Venkata Ramana repeatedly demanded his money, Ravi lured him to Rudravaram, promising repayment, and killed him near the Handri Neeva Srujala Sravanthi canal at B. Thandrapadu village.
Following a complaint from the victim’s father, police registered a case under IPC sections 302 and 201. A detailed report was submitted after investigation.
