Visakhapatnam: Anakapalli police seized 41 unregistered two-wheelers and an autorickshaw during a search operation in Nagulapalli village, Munagapaka mandal, on Tuesday.
Munagapaka Sub-Station Inspector Prasad Rao, along with Inspectors from the Parvada sub-division, led the operation. The raid resulted in the discovery of the unregistered vehicles.
Prasad Rao informed the villagers that the police have taken stringent measures since the announcement of elections. He emphasised that search operations and cordons will be conducted in sensitive areas until the counting of votes is complete and the election results are declared.
