AP neurologists, surgeons meet to start on Friday
VIJAYAWADA: NEUROCLINICS 2023, a two-day conference of neurologists, neurosurgeons and neuroscientists, will start on Friday in Guntur, with the venues being the auditorium of Guntur Medical College and Adams Hall in Guntur General Hospital.
The conference is being co-hosted by Neuroscientists Association Guntur and Andhra Pradesh Neuroscientists Association.
Conference convener Dr. P. Vijaya and co-conveners Dr. N.V. Sundarachari and Dr. K.V.V. Satyanarayana Murthy said here on Thursday that eminent neurologists, surgeons and scientists from all over India will be addressing the conference. Those attending the conference include professionals and post-graduate students of general medicine, neurology and neurosurgery from all over Andhra Pradesh.
The conveners said Andhra Pradesh Medical Council chairman Dr. B. Sambasiva Reddy, Guntur Government Medical College principal Dr. C. Padmavathi Devi and Guntur Government General Hospital superintendent Dr. G. Prabhavathi will be the chief guests.
They underlined that the two-day conference will be a great learning experience for students with regard to bedside clinics, clinical scenarios and mini-workshops on EEG, NCV, EMG and neuroradiology, besides video sessions in neurology and neurosurgery.
The conference has been so designed that it will be useful for beginners as well as seniors, who wish to have a quick review of important topics in neurosciences.
Organisers disclosed that AP Medical Council has granted four credit hours to NEUROCLINICS 2023.
