The complainant has approached the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) seeking justice: Reports

KADAPA: The sexual harassment allegations against Jana Sena Railway Koduru MLA Arava Sridhar have intensified, with the matter now reaching New Delhi.
The complainant has approached the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) seeking justice. Acting on her complaint, her counsel Azad filed a petition before the Commission, following which the NHRC has taken cognisance of the issue and admitted it for inquiry.
The controversy, which has already sparked widespread debate in both Telugu States, has gained national attention with the NHRC’s intervention. Earlier, the Jana Sena leadership had ordered an internal inquiry by a three-member committee into the allegations.
Meanwhile, the whereabouts of the MLA still remain unclear. For the past three days, he has reportedly been inaccessible to both his constituents and family members. While some of his followers claimed that they travelled to Hyderabad to meet Deputy Chief Minister and party president Pawan Kalyan, reports suggest that no such meeting took place.
The uncertainty surrounding Sridhar’s movements has added to the political churn, with the issue becoming a subject of intense discussion across the state.
