Madame Tussauds Unveils Icons of India Celebration in London
The exhibition includes figures brought on loan from other centres, including Virat Kohli from Bangkok and Aishwarya Rai from New York.

London: Madame Tussauds London has launched a limited-time “Icons of India” exhibit, bringing together wax figures of Indian film and cricket personalities.
The showcase features 13 figures displayed in a specially curated “Awards Party” zone, which has been redesigned with Indian cultural elements for May and June. The exhibit includes figures of Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar among other prominent personalities.
“Bollywood's global appeal is huge, and London's love for Indian cinema and cricket grows stronger every year,” said Steve Blackburn, general manager at Madame Tussauds London. “With 'Icons of India', we are bringing fans closer than ever to the stars they love. We are thrilled to invite guests to step into this world of magic, capture unforgettable moments, and celebrate the icons who have shaped global entertainment and sport.”
The exhibition includes figures brought on loan from other centres, including Virat Kohli from Bangkok and Aishwarya Rai from New York.
Visitors can view and interact with figures of actors such as Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif and Madhuri Dixit. Figures of Ranbir Kapoor and Kajal Aggarwal have also been brought from New York and Singapore centres.
The High Commission of India in London described the exhibition as a celebration of cultural ties between India and the United Kingdom, highlighting the global appeal of Indian cinema and cricket.
Madame Tussauds London, established nearly 200 years ago, is part of a global network of attractions featuring lifelike figures from fields including entertainment, sports and public life.
