Kurnool: A woman and her 9-month-old child were found dead in a tank in Santhanutalapadu in an apparent suicide. Sujatha went missing around 5.30 pm on Tuesday, prompting her family to search for her. The incident came to light on Wednesday morning when the baby's body was observed.
According to police, Bapatla Sujatha, 35, had a serious argument with her husband, Venkateswara Rao, over a cooking-related issue before leaving home with her child, Yaswagna, around 5.30 pm on Tuesday. When she did not return, her family began searching for her.

On Wednesday morning, the baby's body was found in the Santhanutalapadu Pedda Cheruvu, confirming their fears. The family informed the police, who launched a search for Sujatha’s body.
