Two Suspects With Arms, Ammunition Arrested From South Kashmir
The two associates were arrested in a joint operation by the Army's 34 RR Shopian Police, and CRPF 178 Battalion at a naka in the DK Pora area of the Shopian, an official said.

Two suspects have been arrested by the Indian army in the Shopian district of South Kashmir.
The duo were arrested in a joint operation by the Army's 34 RR Shopian Police, and CRPF 178 Battalion at a naka in the DK Pora area of the Shopian, an official said.
Police in Shopian district said on X, “In a notable operation against terrorism a joint naka comprising SOG Shopian,CRPF 178 BN & 34 RR two suspected persons arrested. Upon their search 04 hand grenades, 02 pistols, 43 live rounds & other incriminating materials recovered & accordingly an FIR registered. (sic)”
The official further mentioned that two pistols, four grenades, 35 live rounds, and other incriminating materials were recovered from them.
One of the suspects is from DK Pora, Shopian, while the other hails from Kathua.
Meanwhile, the police have registered a case, and further investigation is underway.
