Spiritual Guru Kalki Bhagavan Passes Away in Chennai

Kalki Bhagavan had reportedly been admitted to the hospital following age-related health complications. Despite medical interventions, his condition deteriorated on Tuesday.

According to representatives of the Kalki Trust, his mortal remains are being moved to the Ekam Kshetra at Battalavallam in Varadaiahpalem mandal, Tirupati district. The trust announced that his body will be kept at the ashram for three days, starting Wednesday, September 30, to enable devotees and followers from across the country and abroad to pay their final respects.

Born in Natham village in Tamil Nadu, Vijay Kumar Naidu initially worked with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) before stepping into the spiritual realm. In the late 1980s, he established the 'Jeewashram' residential school in Chittoor district and later proclaimed himself as 'Kalki Bhagavan', the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

Alongside his wife Padmavathi (revered as 'Amma Bhagavan' by disciples), he founded the Oneness movement and the Golden City spiritual complex in Varadaiahpalem, attracting millions of followers, celebrities, and international disciples over four decades. The spiritual network later established global centers promoting meditation, the 'Deeksha' blessing, and consciousness philosophy.
