Seven Years Later: Barefoot Crusader to Wear Shoes After TMC Government’s Exit

Berhampore: Remind the shaved headed protester high court barrister now Barackpore BJP MLA Kaustav Chatterjee! , who promised not to keep hair until the fall of Mamata Banerjee led TMC government and always shaved his head in protest! Like Kaustav Chatterjee bare footed hawker Mujibur Seikh from Muktarpur village in Domkal assembly in Murshidabad district promised also not to wear shoes until the fall of Mamata Banerjee led TMC government in West Bengal!

Now Mujibur Seikh is all set to wear shoes after long seven years of crusade against corruption on Saturday. Mujibur Seikh, a hawker by Profession said " I was very much annoyed to see rampant corruption during corona period such as migrant workers compelled to lose their work,Teacher lost their job etc and no work was done without any cut money and ruling Trinamul congress leaders looted money from poor villagers, so , I promised I will never wear shoes until the fall of Mamata Banerjee led TMC government! , Though I never belongs to any political party but always raised my voice against corruption and faced many hurdles and people taunted me as " barefooted hawker even some of them threatened to kill me and jail me! , but I never broken my promise despite faced many sufferings during winter and rainny seasons for long seven years"At a time I was very much depressed that I can never wear shoes again! Now Mujibur Seikh declared that after the oath taking ceremony of the anti Trinamul congress West Bengal state government on Saturday he will wear shoes again after long seven years gap by washing his bare foots with milk and will distribute Khichuri to his neighbours ".

Mujibur Seikh hoped this new state government will be corruption free and unbiased for every citizens and will serve a good governance, if they failed , I will be bare footed again Mujibur Seikh vowed.
