SC Collegium Recommends Transfer of Three HC Judges From Telugu States
Seven High Court Judges transfer include five judges from the Karnataka High Court

Hyderabad: The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Perugu Sree Sudha and Justice Kasoju Surender, judges of the Telangana High Court, to other High Courts, according to a communiqué issued on Monday.
The collegium presided by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna recommended the transfer of Justice Sudha to the Karnataka High Court and Justice Surender to the Madras High Court.
The collegiums also recommended the transfer four judges from the Karnataka High Court, as well as the transfer of Dr Justice K. Manmadha Rao from the Andhra Pradesh High Court to the Karnataka High Court.
These transfers are in an effort to infuse inclusivity and promote diversity and improve the administration of justice, the collegium said in a statement. The statement said the Supreme Court collegium in its meetings held on April 15 and 19 had recommended the transfers and the proposals had been sent to the Centre for consent and approval of the President.
