ADILABAD: Adilabad MLA Jogu Ramanna on Saturday accused Congress leader Kandi Srinivas Reddy of conspiring his murder by the party cadre.
Speaking to the media, Ramanna said that he would file a case apart from a defamation case against Srinivas Reddy for making false allegations about his properties and demanded the latter prove his allegations levelled against him or else go back to the USA from where he came to Adilabad to contest the Assembly elections.
The MLA said Reddy had first claimed himself as a strong RSS ideologue and associate of B.L. Santhosh Kumar and joined the BJP. A few months later, he quit the BJP and joined the Congress and was making derogatory comments, aspiring poll ticket. The people of Adilabad have been closely observing his moves and activities to tell him a lesson, he said.
He objected to the filthy language Srinivas Reddy was using to comment against him and his family members without maintaining any decorum. Senior BRS leaders Sajidoddin and Rokandla Ramesh and others were present.
