Jagan, Chandrababu Naidu camped in Hyderabad, away from AP

Mr Reddy on Saturday spent time with his family members and relatives at his Lotus Pond residence.

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Opposition leader N. Chandrababu Naidu were in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Mr Reddy came to Hyderabad on Thursday to attend Friday’s meeting with Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Mr Naidu reached Hyderabad on Friday as part of his plan to stay on weekends.

Mr Reddy on Saturday spent time with his family members and relatives at his Lotus Pond residence. Sources said he did not meet anyone else. He left to Visakhapat-nam in the evening to attend programmes with Union defence minister Rajnath Singh.

TD leaders from TS and AP met Mr Naidu at his Jubilee Hills residence among them was former AP Speaker Kod-ela Siva Prasada Rao.

They discussed the political developments, the demolition of the Praja Vedika building and the notice sent by the Andhra Pradesh government to the Ling-amanenis, the owner of the house where Mr Naidu is staying in Undavalli.
