Vijayawada: AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju called upon the Telugu people in Karnataka to support BJP in the ensuing polls for good governance while taking part in the poll campaign on the third day on Saturday.
The AP BJP chief covered as many as six Assembly segments in the state where there are more Telugu-speaking people from AP.
Later, addressing a meeting with the prominent persons of Telugu origin, Veerraju told them that if their state is to witness good governance in a peaceful atmosphere as was the case in the last five years, they should extend their support to BJP.
