Telangana to become ODF state by month-end
He said that the state government has decided to release the funds based on the progress in making the villages as ODF.
Hyderabad: Panchayat raj minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Saturday announced that all the districts in state will become open defecation-free (ODF) by July 31.
While addressing a meeting organised in Sangareddy town to create an awareness among people about the Swachh Bharat Mission and Haritha Haram, he declared Sanga-reddy as open defecation-free district. He said that the state government has decided to release the funds based on the progress in making the villages as ODF.
He congratulated collector Hanumantha Rao for the achievement and appealed to the people to participate in Haritha Haram to develop more green cover in the state.
