YSRC disapproves CM's foreign jaunts

Chandrababu Naidu has been speaking ill of domestic investors, which is not a good sign.

Hyderabad: The YSR Congress has asked AP chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to shun his foreign obse-ssion and focus on getting special status for AP which would attract investments automatically.

YSRC spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said, “Naidu has become a spendthrift by world-hopping, trying to beat the prime minister's record. He must be under the impression that AP is not a state, but a nation by itself, and has been going round the globe seeking investments with no outcome. His latest visit to China has been projected as an exercise to garner funds for Amaravati, the capital city, and to attend the World Economic Forum. While he has been pr-eaching austerity measures and has been constantly saying that the economy was in a slump with the deficit budget, he has been spending lavishly on his foreign jaunts. His family stays in a seven-star hotel and his baggage consists of numerous boxes, which gives rise to the doubt about where he is going to park the ill-gotten wealth or seek investments from foreign nations.”

He also said, "Of late, Chandrababu Naidu has been speaking ill of domestic investors, which is not a good sign. When the Singapore Consortium will be using domestic natural and human resources, then why not local entrepreneurs?"
