Security in place for BJP public meeting in Bhainsa today   

ADILABAD: Nirmal district police have made elaborate security arrangements with a heavy deployment, including forces from Adilabad and Ramagundam for the public meeting to be held in the communally sensitive Bhainsa town as part of Praja Sangrama Yatra on Monday.

Bhainsa ASP Kiran Khare told Deccan Chronicle that they were also making elaborate security arrangements along the routes the procession will pass through in the town. He said the situation is under control and peaceful in the town.

According to reliable sources, senior police officers will monitor the security of leaders and for public meetings and keep a close watch on the movement of the unidentified persons.

Deputy chief minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis will be the chief guest while top BJP leaders like Union minister G. Kishan Reddy, Tarun Chug and Bansal are also likely to come for the event.

Adilabad MP Soyam Bapu Rao and Nirmal district BJP president P. Ramadevi and other senior leaders are handling the arrangements. Bapu Rao said they were expecting a crowd of 10,000 for the public meeting.
