Revanth Reddy need not turn up at ACB on Mondays

Hyderabad: The High Court on Wednesday granted exemption to TD legislator A. Revanth Reddy from personal appearance at every Monday before the ACB investigating official in the cash-for-vote scam.
Justice Suresh Kumar Kait was allowing a petition by Mr Revanth Reddy. Senior Ravikiran Rao, representing the legislator, told the court that the investigation in the case was complete and the ACB had filed the chargesheet in the special court. He asked the court to make it a condition that the petitioner would appear before the investigation officer as and when required.
The judge dismissed a petition by the ACB seeking to cancel his bail.
