AP withdraws Vangalapudi Anitha's name from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams

The TD MLA had urged Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to withdraw her appointment as the member of TTD, on April 22 itself.

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh has withdrawn the name of MLA Vangalapudi Anitha, as the Member of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). In a G.O. issued on Thursday, the Special Chief Secretary Dr D. Sambasiva Rao has stated that MLA has requeste0d to withdraw her appointment as Member of TTD, and basing on the, the Govenrment has accepted her reuqest. (Patri Vasudevan).

The TD MLA had urged Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to withdraw her appointment as the member of TTD, on April 22 itself. In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister on Sunday, Anitha has stated that she was deeply pained to learnt that some groups with vested interests have created an unsavory controversy about her appointment as member TTD.
