The state government, citing the High Court direction keeping in view of the New Year congregations and revelries, applied the same to Nirudyoga Deeksha and denied permission, said BJP state vice-president N.V.S.S. Prabhakar Rao. He said the youths were frustrated in the state as not even a single recruitment notification was issued in the past eight years.

Prabhakar further said the Nirudyoga Deeksha would be held at the party office keeping in view the Covid protocol and maintaining physical distance.
