Wish to give the young a bright future, says Pawan Kalyan

Pawan said he would bring a change from the streets of Guntur.

Vijayawada: Actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said politics was not the future of either YSRC Chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy or Nara scion Lokesh alone but was for the future of the people.

Reacting sharply to the remarks made against him, at the poll campaign meetings in Guntur on Monday, he said he had come into politics for young people and wished to give them a bright future. He said he would bring a change from the streets of Guntur. A renewed political system would be brought and the Jana Sena would fight the corruption in any form, he said. He appealed to women to send him to the poll arena with their blessings so that he could come out with flying colours.

Stating that both YSRC and TD Lok Sabha candidates were not from Guntur, Mr Kalyan appealed to the voters to support Jana Sena Parliament candidate Bonaboyina Srinivas. He said Mr Srinivas was a local man and he would always be available.

Mr Kalyan said the TD had the habit of changing tack as per the situation. He asked why had TD MP from Guntur Galla Jayadev only raised his voice in the last sessions of Parliament on granting special category status and why did he not open his mouth when he had raised the issue at the Tirupati meeting.
