Vijayawada: YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister Y.S. Sharmila said a vote for Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena was a vote for TD chief N. Chandrababu Naidu. Mr Kalyan was acting on the directions of Mr Naidu, she said.
She will be launching her election campaign on March 29 from Mangalagiri.
Speaking to mediapesons here, she said that if Mr Naidu was voted back to power, development would take a back seat and Andhra Pradesh would go back by at least 25 years. She said Mr Naidu had failed to provide jobs to youth but had given three ministerial berths to his son Nara Lokesh.
“Why is Pawan Kalyan not demanding a third party probe into my uncle Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy’s murder?” she asked.
Alleging that a chameleon would feel ashamed with the way Mr Naidu changed colours, Ms Sharmila said Mr Naidu had failed on all fronts.
She questioned the Pasupu Kumkuma scheme, and also said that little work had been done in the capital.
She said that Mr Naidu had betrayed farmers by not waiving loans.
