Telangana Rashtra Samiti\'s ‘operation 13th MLA’ going on in full swing

Hyderabad: Thirteen may be an unlucky number for some but for the Telangana Rashtra Samiti it will be extremely lucky to get a 13th Congress MLA to leave his party and join the TRS.

The whole plan of the TRS depends on the 13th Congress MLA.

The TRS has got 11 Congress MLAs to defect and another one, Podem Veeraiah, will also join the TRS, party sources say.

To avoid the disqualification of defected Congress MLAs, the TRS has decided to “merge” the Congress MLAs into the TRS legislature party. To do this it needs 13 Congress MLAs, and it is currently falling short of one.

At present the Congress has seven MLAs excluding Bhadrachalam MLA Podem Veeraiah.

The TRS is pinning its hopes on Tandur MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy and Sangareddy MLA Jaggareddy. According to credible sources, TRS leaders are in touch with both these MLAs.
