KTR Accuses BJP government of corruption and failing to provide jobs

Hyderabad: Information technology minister K.T. Rama Rao alleged that the BJP government at the Centre had looted public money and transferred it to the Adani group. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had failed to keep his promise of depositing Rs 15 lakh cash into the account of every Indian, as well as to provide 2 crore jobs per year.

“After nine years, no job has been provided to the youth,” Rama Rao claimed, while speaking at a BRS meeting held at Ibrahimpatnam.

He asked the BJP leaders who held a dharna here earlier on Saturday to protest in Delhi and demand that the Prime Minister job opportunities.

Rama Rao said 16 lakh jobs in Central departments were vacant. “The Centre must fill the posts by issuing notifications. In Telangana, the government provided 1.4 lakh jobs in nine years,” he said.

On the other hand, the government is planning to privatise BSNL, Vizag Steel Plant, LIC and Singareni Colleries by removing employees, Rama Rao alleged.
He said mistakes had been committed in the TSPSC recruitment exams but the government would take stern action against the miscreants.
