K Chandrasekhar Rao helping Jagan for our defeat: TD

Venkat Rao posed 26 questions regarding the alleged collusion between the TRS and YSRC and the BJP and asked Mr Chandrasekhar Rao to answer them.

Vijayawada: TD’s AP president K. Kala Venkat Rao has asked Telangana State Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao a series of questions in the form of accusations that he was providing all help to YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to defeat the TD in the upcoming elections.

Mr Venkat Rao posed 26 questions regarding the alleged collusion between the TRS and YSRC and the BJP and asked Mr Chandrasekhar Rao to answer them. This included questions on alleged attempts to block AP irrigation projects, inaction against the Lotus Pond residence of Mr Reddy despite being in alleged volation of rules, blocking of bifurcation of assets and whether or not Mr Chandrasekhar Rao wanted a “puppet CM” in Mr Reddy in AP.

He said people had got wind about Mr Rao’s conspiracies after getting to know of his friendship with Mr Reddy, who, he alleged, was accused of a '1 lakh crore scam and was an accused in 12 CBI cases. “You are roaming with him and think like friends and soulful brothers. You have ignited a quarrel between the people who had lived peacefully for the last six and a half decades,” Mr Venkat Rao said.

He accused Mr Rao of fuelling “hatred” when Mr Reddy gave a letter to the Centre saying the state can be divided according to Article 3 of the Constitution. The people of Andhra Pradesh were pushed out on to the roads, he said. “You insulted us when we fought for a United Andhra Pradesh,” he wrote.
