YSRC objects to abusive language of Naidu and TD leaders

YSRC MLA Perni Venkataramaiah challenged Lokesh to contest from Gudivada and defeat Kodali Nani if he had the guts

Vijayawada: Former minister and YSRC MLA Perni Venkataramaiah has challenged Telugu Desam general secretary Nara Lokesh to contest from Gudivada if he has the guts.

Objecting to the “loose talk” of Lokesh, the MLA said TD leaders should avoid use of abusive, objectionable and provocative language when they targeted their political rivals.

Reacting to the calling of Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi as Pasuluva (animal) doctor, the former minister said that Vamsi contested as Gannavaram MLA on behalf of TD in 2014 and 2019 and as Vijayawada MP candidate in 2009. He was also given the post of Vijayawada TD president that day, Venkateswara said.

Objecting to the calling of Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani as a lorry cleaner, Venkateswara recalled that the TD ticket was given to him for MLA seat in 2004 and 2009. “ Kodali Nani was not a software engineer at that time and he did not become a lorry cleaner after leaving the TD,” he said.

He challenged Lokesh to contest from Gudivada and defeat Kodali Nani if he had the guts.

“Lokesh is doing a Yuvagangalam Yatra in the name of Yuvagalam,” he said and termed it as a night trip. “It starts at 6pm and ends at 3am when all people are sleeping. How can it be called a padayatra?”

“A Padayatra is meant to know the difficulties and problems of the public. Lokesh must watch videos of the padayatras of Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and Jagan Mohan Reddy to learn how to do this,” he said.
