Hyderabad: BRS senior leader Rajanala Srihari, belonging to the Warangal district, distributed baskets with tomatoes to the poor marking the birthday of their party working president and IT minister K.T. Rama Rao, even as the price of the vegetable is soaring in the market.
While other party leaders erected banners and cut outs, in addition to putting up flexis in every corner and at thoroughfare in Hyderabad, one Aravind Alishetty got painted an entire luxury bus with portrait and life-size image of KTR. The bus also showcased the accomplishments of KTR like construction of cable-stayed bridge on Durgam Cheruvu, T-Hub. The bus would go around the city for 10 days to make public know about the development initiatives by the BRS leader and minister.

It may be recalled that the same Warangal leader distributed chicken and liquor bottles ahead of his party boss K. Chandrasekhar Rao's proposal to launch a national party in October last year.
