KCR embarks on Mission federal front today
Visakhapatnam: Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will arrive in the port city on Sunday morning along with his family members to visit Sri Sarada Peetham in Chinamu-shidivada and offer prayers to Goddess Rajasyamala under the leadership of spiritual leader Peethadhipati Swaroopanan-dendra Saraswathi.
In the afternoon, Mr Rao will leave for Bhubaneswar where he will stay at Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's residence. He will visit Konark temple and Puri Jagannath temple with his family on Monday. From there, he will travel to Kolkata where he will offer prayers at Kali Matha temple and then meet West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
From Kolkata, Mr Rao will fly to New Delhi on Tuesday to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BSP chief Mayawati, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and several other political leaders. The purpose of Mr Rao's trip is to garner support for his plans to creating a Federal Front at the national level an alternative to the Congress and the BJP.
