Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam national president N. Chandrababu Naidu said in the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections Prajakutami will come to power and this will have an impact on the grand alliance to be formed at the national level. Mr Naidu, on Monday, held a meeting with the Telangana TD leaders at its party headquarters at NTR Bhavan and discussed the proposals to be adopted by the party for the elections.
Mr Naidu said in the present political circumstances alliance with the Congress is necessary. He told to the party leaders not to insist for seats during the seats adjustment discussions. He said everybody is aware of how many seats TRS has contested and won in the 2009 Assembly elections.
Mr Naidu said if any party of the alliance wants Prajakutami to come to power not only TD but also others have to prepare for sacrifices. He said that the Congress is ready to give 12 seats and the party will ask for six more.
Mr Naidu said that for the party alliance is more important than number of seats. He asked all the leaders and cadre of to work hard to ensure the victory of Prajakutami in the Telangana Assembly elections....
