KCR should play major role in national politics: RSP MP Premachandran

HYDERABAD: N.K. Premachandran, Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) Lok Sabha member from Kerala, on Friday, opined that Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao should play a major role in national politics to unite Opposition parties against the BJP-led NDA at the Centre.

Premachandran, who arrived in the city on Friday, met TRS senior leader B. Vinod Kumar and discussed Rao's efforts to unite the Opposition parties. He felt that the country lacked a strong opposition to take on the BJP.

He expressed confidence that Telangana CM would show a strong impact on national politics. Vinod Kumar thanked Premachandran for extending his support to Telangana CM and told the MP that he would convey his feelings to the CM.
