Hyderabad: BJP state president Dr K. Laxman has directed party district incharges to update the leadership on the cadre’s activities every day.
Telangana BJP has geared up its membership and activities in the state. Senior leaders are bringing in 50 members each through the internal software application. The party high command wants state senior leaders to give more responsibility to youth members.
A senior leader said that Dr Laxman was holding regular meetings with the party youth and asked them to go door-to-door and give information to the public about the Centre’s schemes and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bold decision of abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
All BJP frontal organisations for farmers, women, youth, SCs, STs, OBCs and minorities have been directed to participate in the door-to-door information campaign.
District incharges have been asked to report issues prevailing in their region so that the leadership can question the state government.
