TD is buying voters: YSRC
He wanted to know if the party had really developed the city.

KAKINADA: YSR Congress leader Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy on Tuesday claimed that the Telugu Desam was distributing crores of rupees to voters in Kakinada to ensure that their party is victorious in the upcoming bypoll elections in Nandyal.
Speaking to reporters in Kakinada, the leader said that finance minister Yanamala Ramkrishnudu and civil supplies minister Prathipati Pulla Rao have taken up the responsibility of providing Rs 25 crore each for distribution to voters. Chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will also camp in Kakinada for two days.
Claiming that the TD had deployed one MLA for each division and a minister for every three divisions besides the cadre, the leader asked TD leaders the reason behind this.
He wanted to know if the party had really developed the city. If they did, where was the need for such unnecessary efforts for winning?
If they have really helped in the development of the city, they need not be afraid of the elections and should be extremely otherwise. But, this attitude proves otherwise.
Another YSRC leader K. Veerabhadra Swamy said that the TD had not been looking after the welfare of Arya Vysya Community until three years back.
He said when Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy announced a separate corporation for Vysyas, Mr Chandrababu Naidu hurriedly announced sops to Vysyas.
He said that the Vysa Community voters would not believe the words of the TD leaders as if such conditions prevail.
