VIJAYAWADA: Election fever has set in across Andhra Pradesh with signals being given by two political parties on the same day for the upcoming battle in 2019.
TD national president Chandrababu Naidu has announced that he would have one-on-one interactions with party leaders from February. Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has also announced his political yatra from Telangana.
With this announcement, AP Jana Sena leaders are busy preparing their schedule for Pawan’s scheduled visits here in the last week of next month.
TD national president Naidu has stated that he will be interacting with every leader of the party from February in view of the requirements for the 2019 battle and he would elicit the preparations done by the leaders in four to five dimensions, including the feedback about their accountability towards public and welfare schemes, and their availability in the hours of need.
Though it seems a coincidence, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan had also started his political yatra from Telangana on Monday from Kondagattu. AP Jana Sena leaders are busy with the preparations for his scheduled tour in AP in February.
It may be recalled that Jana Sena core committee is deeply worried about the recent developments wherein a film director Katti Mahesh had launched an agitation against their chief Pawan Kalyan on social media.
“Jana sena suspects a conspiracy in the entire 40-day episode,” said a Jana Sena functionary, on strict conditions of anonymity, and added that even this has been noted by the intelligence wing.
“We have our own observations about the political conspiracy against Jana Sena and we will respond about this at the appropriate time,” he said.
Pawan Kalyan’s meeting with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has further aggravated the rift between Mahesh and Pawan Kalyan. Social media has given undue priority to the issue as a few media lobbyists are encouraging this,” he said.
In order to put an end to this controversy, Pawan Kalyan has suddenly decided to enter into active political domain, and that too from Telangana.
