Telangana MP Gutta blames differences' for his exit from Congress

Responding to Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy's criticism against him, he said he would not take the comments seriously.

Hyderabad: Nalgonda MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy on Tuesday blamed internal differences among Congress senior leaders for his decision to leave the party.
“I left the party due to sharp differences between TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkata Reddy. The party paid a huge price due to their squabbles,” he said.

Responding to Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy’s criticism against him, he said he would not take the comments seriously. “There is point in replying to his comments. Everyone knows about my calibre and my work,” Mr Sukhender Reddy said.

He also objected to TS Telugu Desam working president A. Revanth Reddy appeal to the people to socially boycott him for defecting to the TRS.

“A person who is an accused and has gone to jail in the cash-for-vote scam has no moral right to criticise others. Let him mind his own business. In fact, people should socially boycott him for his grave offence and having gone to jail,” Mr Sukhender Reddy said.
