Will defeat BJP’s Pratap Simha, says CH Vijayshankar

Vijayshankar said exit poll predictions have not come true in elections held in the past two years.

Mysuru: Congress candidate for Mysuru-Kodagu Lok Sabha constituency C.H. Vijayshankar asserted on Tuesday that there will be a coalition government in the country again as neither the BJP-led NDA nor the Congress-led UPA may get a majority.

There will be surprising results in the state too, he said adding that exit poll predictions have not come true in elections held in the past two years.

He also asserted that he will certainly win the Mysuru-Kodagu parliamentary constituency defeating the BJP's Pratap Simha. He said, “It was predicted that the BJP will return to power in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh in last year's assembly elections but the Congress came to power. So we should not consider exit poll predictions seriously.”
