Raghuveera Reddy aims to set party right in Andhra Pradesh
Vijayawada: PCC chief N. Raghuveera Reddy said that the leadership aimed at setting the party position on track.
Participating in a training programme for selected trainers here on Sunday, Mr Raghuveera Reddy said that there is no need to worry about the leaders who have gone out from the party.
The committed leaders and activists are still in the party, he said, and added that the Congress would fight against anti-people policies of the government under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
He said that Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy floating a party, state bifurcation and quitting of leaders were also reasons behind the failure of the Cong-ress.
All the leaders would come back to the Congress by realising the facts. The Congress would give priority only to the leaders who stood by the party at present, he added.
He said that Congress only introduced various welfare schemes for poorer sections. Congress leader Koppula Raju and other leaders were also present.
