Kakinada: Rajamahendravaram MP and YSRC parliamentary party chief whip Margani Bharat Ram said that TD chief and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu wants “votes” and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan wants “notes” and that’s why Pawan Kalyan is rendering support to the TD.
Speaking to reporters at Rajamahendravaram on Saturday Bharat Ram said that the TD is on the verge of bowing out from AP politics. “Naidu noticed his son Lokesh is of no use in politics and he hence wants to make use of the glamour of Pawan Kalyan.”
Stating that Pawan Kalyan had floated the party to benefit the TD, but he has played dramas to instill confidence among the people. “After the arrest of Naidu, Pawan Kalyan had come out with his real role before the people in the name of alliance,” Bharat Ram said adding that though the Jana Sena and the TD would convene a meeting at Rajamahendravaram, it will be of no use and the meeting would not give good results to either the TD or the Jane Sena.
Bharat Ram made it clear that there is no sympathy among people for Naidu. “Naidu is in jail and people of Andhra Pradesh are aware of Naidu’s political career and his involvement in scams, corruption and irregularities.”
“As far as the Jana Sene is concerned, Pawan Kalyan has no plan of action or agenda. People are fully backing the YSRC and they have already decided to bring Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy back in power again in the coming elections,” Bharat Ram said.
