Karimnagar: BRS MLC K. Kavitha has slammed Congress MLC Jeevan Reddy for his derogatory comments against her and the party. She has also criticised Rahul Gandhi for his lack of understanding of Telangana's history and politics.
Kavitha has accused Reddy of insulting the state festival Bathukamma and of making false claims about the Nizam Sugar Factory. She has also alleged that Reddy and other Congress leaders are only interested in caste politics.
Kavitha has challenged Rahul Gandhi to change his name to "Election Gandhi" and to change his scriptwriter. She has also accused him of being a "paper tiger" who is not capable of standing up for the people of Telangana.
