New CMRF website launched
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu launched the new website of Chief Minister’s Relief Fund www.apcmrf.ap.gov.in on Saturday at the Praja Vedika.
The Chief Minister launched the portal by making a formal transaction towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Individuals and donors interested in contributing to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund can now do it online through this website. In the wake of Cyclone Titli that affected North Andhra districts of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram, Mr Naidu has appealed to individuals to come forward and support the families affected by the cyclone.
The Chief Minister has also appealed to Corporate establishments to adopt affected villages in North Andhra and to develop them as “Smart Villages”, by putting up the required infrastructure.
The Real Time Governance Society under the Department of Real Time Governance (RTG) has swiftly developed this portal.
The RTG has given an all new and fresh outlook to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund website. Individuals can now make online contributions to the CM’s relief Fund by clicking the ‘donate online’ option on the site. Various features such as internet banking, mobile wallets and Unified Payments Interface (UPI), QR code etc. have been added to this site. Donors are at their liberty to choose a convenient mode for making transactions. Donors will also receive an online appreciation certificate.
