Hyderabad: Criticising the functioning of the Telan-gana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) government, the Telangana state Bhar-atiya Janata Party (BJP) President, Dr K. Laxman on Wedn-esday alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao alw-ays makes tall promises to people before elections and forgets it after winning the elections.

Laxman said while addressing a press conference at the BJP state office.

Dr Laxman demanded that the implement the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) immediately and alleged that the government is threatening employees against raising any demands.

He alleged that the ruling party made promises of providing jobs to youth when it came to power, but could provide only about 20,000 jobs during the last six years whereas 50,000 employees have retired in the same period.

Criticising the government for failing to keep its promises of paying unemployed allowances, Dr Laxman took a dig at the chief minister stating that only his family members are getting political jobs.

He said that Home Minister Amit Shah would visit the city on March 15 to participate in a pro-CAA meeting being organized by state BJP party at Lal Bahadur Stadium.

He alleged that the TRS government has a tacit understanding with AIMIM and is indulged in carrying out misinformation against CAA, NCR and NPR.
