Hyderabad: TRS working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao called on the people not to give a single rupee as bribe to anyone to get a house under the government scheme. He said that the state government had taken the responsibly of sanctioning houses to all eligible beneficiaries in the state.
Participating in some programmes in Sircilla, his Assembly constituency, on Wednesday, Mr Rao said that government had the list of all eligible persons and asked people not give bribe to anyone or go to mediators. He said the government would sanction houses in a transparent manner. Mr Rama Rao said Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s goal was that no one should be left without a home. He said the government would supply protected drinking water to every household.
