Asaduddin peeved over a minister, 2 TRS MLAs for ignoring MIM pleas
Hyderabad: MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday expressed his anger at a minister and two TRS legislators for not responding to requests made to them by the party.
At a meeting on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, Owaisi said, "Two MLAs and a minister of the TRS have taken help from the AIMIM during the Assembly elections. Now they are ignoring all the requests from the party.”
“They are behaving very differently now but we are patient and not reacting. People of the Old City are suffering and despite our requests no action is being taken. I am quiet now but will reciprocate at the right time," Owaisi said.
He told the meeting that he was angry that promises were made during the Assembly elections but there was no response from the ruling party leaders now.
He asked the MIM cadre to not give up and continue to work for the people. He was confident that they would overcome these problems. He asked the MIM cadre to be in touch with people at the ground level and solve their problems.
He asked parents to send their children to school and focus on their education, after the prolonged closure of schools due to Covid-19 pandemic. He said that education must be the focus of the families as uplift of the community was only possible via education.
